Wow it’s my first blog post. What do I write about….? Let’s seeeeee. How about why I finally started online classes and how I got into personal training in the first place?
I’ve always been quite active and into health ever since I was a child. I loved going on hikes, playing soccer (football), going swimming at the beach and eating yummy foods. My mom is very health conscious, so it makes sense that I also took an interest in eating well and fueling my body properly.
Throughout university and into my adult life here in London, people have always come to me for advice on what they should be eating. I realised I was good at giving advice and that I enjoyed it as well. Working in cafes and coffee shops, I always helped add healthier options to the menu. Everything I did work-wise always led in someway to health and fitness, so I figured why not qualify as a PT and actually make a living out of it?
It’s been three years and I have loved it, even the ups and the downs. I’m so excited to finally be offering online classes so that I can reach more people and so that I can work from anywhere in the world. I’ve always felt torn between places as my family lives all over the world. This has prompted me to travel a lot and I love it! Hopefully next year will be better and I can be teaching you from a rice field in Bali!!
I’ll be writing a post ever week on a Friday. They will mainly be focused on health and fitness, but I’m always up for suggestions.
